HOW TO ORDER VIA MAIL
  1. Print our Order Form (PDF 64KB).
  2. Fill out the form.  Include all information and write clearly and legibly (no cursive please).  Please note that we can only ship to US addresses and cannot send items to P.O Boxes.
  3. Submit a separate order/order form for each ship-to address.
  4. Please indicate “yes” or “no” under the column labeled “clip-ons?” if you would like that item to be made with clip-ons (for non-pierced ears) instead of hooks (for pierced ears). If you leave the column blank you will receive hooks (for pierced ears) on all the products you ordered. If you order two (or more) of the same product and wish to have one with clip-ons and one with hooks use a separate line for each order.
  5. Use the Shipping & Handling Key (top right corner on the order form) to determine your overall shipping & handling fee based on the number of items you are purchasing.
  6. After you completely fill out the order form, mail both your payment and order form to:

    You may wish to make a copy of the completed form for your own records. Payment can be a personal check, cashier’s check or money order payable to Teens Fighting Hunger.

  7. Once we receive your payment and it is cleared by the bank (clearing a check can take up to 5 days in some cases), we will then send your purchased items to you via USPS first class mail.  We will notify you by e-mail once your order has shipped.  Please allow 3-6 days for your shipment to arrive.
